Subscription Renewal
- Your Grid it subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
Refunds & Cancellations
- 30 day money back guarantee when purchasing our one-off products.
- In order to receive a refund, we may ask for the exact reason.
- Cancellations to subscriptions result into license key being disabled.
- Refunds for subscriptions are only issued within 30 days of purchase, upon providing a valid reason.
Billing & Payment
- You will be billed according to the pricing plan you selected
- Payments will be processed securely through our designated payment processor.
- It's your responsibility to enter your email address correctly at checkout so you have access to your account and can make any billing changes.

- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from gridit.io
- Redistribute content from Akrivi Fufilment stores
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
